We also offer walk-through assessments that may be useful in determining what potential there is for you to save on your electric bill.  We’ll give you an idea what you can save by making changes to your lighting, replacing motors, adding ASDs, or substituting new technologies.  We’ll also review your billing history with you to determine if other programs we offer, such as standby generation, interruptible service or our Grant program will work for you.  In more complicated facilities, we will even help pay for an energy audit performed by a professional engineering firm.  We can help you get started on the road to energy savings.  Just give us a call at 763-441-2020 to set up an appointment.

HVAC Rebates
Cooling rebates are available for both new and retrofit applications. New equipment must be electric driven and must meet minimum EER or SEER ratings as listed by ARI. Rebates vary from $9.00 to $26.00 per ton on the following: Packaged terminal ACs, water source heat pumps, roof top units, and electric chillers. If an existing system is being retrofitted with new high efficiency equipment, refer to our Grant program. Cooling rebates cannot exceed 50% of project cost and are limited to $10,000.00 per customer.  Call 763-441-2020 to see if your project qualifies for our cooling rebate.
