Those with even addresses may sprinkle before 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. on the even days and those with odd numbered addresses can sprinkle before 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. on odd numbered days.
No watering between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
