Energy Assistance Programs
Emergency Assistance Programs are designed to help families in need of financial assistance with their utility bills during the Winter Heating Season (Oct.15th -Apr.15th). Please feel free to contact the program designated for your area (listed below) to find out more information about how they may be of assistance to you. Some programs offer “home weatherproofing” and “furnace maintenance” as well as a variety of other helpful programs. Elk River Municipal Utilities recommends that if you are in need of help, please contact your local assistance program to see if you are eligible to receive assistance.
