Tri-Cap From Elk River Municipal Utilities
Tri Cap is a state funded program that helps families in need during the winter months (Oct. 15th – Apr. 15th). Anyone who may be in need of assistance for their utility bills is encouraged to fill out an Energy Assistance Application. Please read the application carefully as there is other information that Tri Cap will need from you in order to properly process your request for assistance.
